Leadership Monroe

Leadership Monroe is Monroe County’s premier leadership development program, designed for individuals who want to deepen their understanding of our community, expand their network, and strengthen their ability to lead and serve.
Over the course of nine months, participants step behind the scenes of the organizations, institutions, and industries that shape life in Monroe County. Through immersive experiences, hands-on learning, and direct access to community leaders, class members gain a comprehensive understanding of how our county operates and thrives.
Each month, participants spend a full day exploring a different sector of Monroe County, meeting the people who make critical decisions, learning about current challenges and opportunities, and discovering ways they can make a meaningful impact through their own leadership roles.
